In 2014, Tony Corrigan established TenderScout (later Orbidal). His objective was to use technology to bolster procurement excellence when tendering for government contracts. Under his watch, TenderScout assisted companies in over 3,000 competitions, substantially increasing their success rates.

However, despite their capability to deliver, the vast majority of businesses remain apprehensive about competing for public contracts. They are daunted by the complexities of government contracts, the rigorous efforts required in proposal crafting, and the prevailing belief that only the dominant, established players win the majority of contracts.
